Terms of use

This is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

1. License. One purchased key lets you run Paws on the Macs you use yourself. The activation limit is the one stated on the product page.
2. Trial. Every feature is open for 7 days after install. After that, monitoring, the graph, and the findings list stay free; only ending processes needs a license.
3. Limitation of liability. Paws ends the processes you pick. If an ended process held unsaved work, that work is gone. The app is designed never to touch what the terminal put in front, or anything below it, but the judgment is probabilistic and the final choice is yours. The seller is not liable for losses that result.
4. Refunds. The refund policy of the payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) applies.
5. Changes. These terms may change alongside a new version.
